We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to tell their story, to feel listened to, in a protected safe, environment. Through our approach to treatment, we aim to empower our patients to manage their mental health and continue their journey and explore their potential.

Jackie and Saal have been working togethr for 20 years. She will guide you through this process, and support you. She is a National Bowls Champion in her spare time.

Saal Seneviratne, Consultant Psychiatrist

Saal is the main practitioner and uses his expertise in music therapy, psychotherapy, medication and EMDR to ensure that our patients receive effective, evidence-based treatment options..

About Dr Saal

  • Over 33 years of experience in psychiatry
  • Made in Chelsea, attended a UK Medical School, trained in the UK, and has worked as a NHS Consultant since 1999
  • He has worked within the NHS including to the end of the pandemic
  • He then worked in the Cote D’Azur
  • You will see a Psychiatrist who is Trauma Focused and will be sensitive to how scary it can be to feel distressed.
  • You will see a Senior Psychiatrist who will provide you with a Private Psychiatric Assessment

He has also helped people with dissociation during performance, stage fright and returning to practice routines. Dr Seneviratne is a musician himself, and has worked professionally in music since the 1980s. In addition to psychiatry, Dr Seneviratne works with clients as a therapist.”
